The App allows users to upload their own images for personal customization purposes, such as icons or profile imagery (“User Content”). User Content is uploaded at the user’s discretion and is not provided, selected, or endorsed by The Sport Don.

By uploading User Content, you represent and warrant that you own the content or have obtained all necessary rights, permissions, and licenses to upload and use such content within the App. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their User Content does not infringe the intellectual property or other rights of any third party.

By uploading User Content, you grant The Sport Don a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, resize, modify, and display such User Content solely for the purpose of providing, operating, and improving the App’s functionality. This license is limited to technical use only and does not transfer ownership of User Content to The Sport Don.

The Sport Don does not review, monitor, or verify User Content and does not endorse any User Content uploaded by users. The inclusion of User Content within the App does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by any team, athlete, league, organization, or rights holder.

User-uploaded images are intended for personal, private customization within the App. User Content is not made public by default and is not used by The Sport Don for marketing, promotional, or commercial purposes.

If you believe that any User Content available through the App infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us at with sufficient information to identify the copyrighted work and the allegedly infringing content. Upon receipt of a valid notice, The Sport Don will promptly remove or disable access to the reported content.

The Sport Don reserves the right, but has no obligation, to remove or disable access to any User Content at its sole discretion, including content that violates these Terms, applicable laws, or the rights of others, without prior notice to the user.

All images, graphics, and visual assets provided directly by The Sport Don remain the property of The Sport Don and may not be copied, redistributed, or reused without permission.
