Logo & Image Usage Policy

The Sport Don is an unofficial, independent fan tool that helps users create a personalised sports calendar.  
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any sports league, team, athlete, or broadcaster.

All team logos, league marks, and athlete photographs displayed in the app are used **solely for identification and descriptive purposes** to help users recognize fixtures, teams, and events in their personal calendar. This constitutes **fair use / nominative fair use** under applicable copyright and trademark law because:

- The marks are used only to identify the teams/athletes that users have chosen to follow.  
- No implication of sponsorship or endorsement is made.  
- The app does not sell merchandise, tickets, or broadcast rights.  
- Users create their own personalized, non-commercial calendars.

Data and images are sourced from publicly available APIs (API-Sports, Sportmonks, and others). Where required, we display attribution to the original data providers.

If you are a rights holder and believe any content has been used inappropriately, please contact us at in the contact us section or email support@thesportdon.com  and we will remove or replace the content within 24 hours (or sooner)
